Thank you to all our donors, volunteers and drivers for helping us deliver 470 care packages to cancer patients, young and old, at 17 infusion centers throughout metro Denver this Valentine's holiday.
Mark your calendars now! Get involved with Project Valentine in 2015.
When: Saturday, February 7, 2015, 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Where: Denver Presbytery - 1710 South Grant Street, Denver, CO 80210 (two blocks west of Logan Street and off of E. Mexico Avenue. If you find yourself in downtown Denver, you are on the wrong Grant Street).
The culmination of the year's efforts is finally here - we'll meet to assemble the individual care packages.
Last-minute donations may be dropped off between 12:00 p.m. - 12:30 pm. Assembly of the care packages will begin promptly at 1:00 p.m. We have been blessed with an abundance of donations for children's care packages and currently do not need any additional children's items- we do need items for men's care packages.
Project Valentine's mission is to make life a "little sweeter" for individuals undergoing cancer treatment in the Denver metro area. Since 2002, our generous volunteers and contributors have created or donated items for hundreds of care packages. These care packages are lovingly assembled and hand-delivered each year to men, women and children undergoing cancer treatment on or around Valentine's Day.
Project Valentine is a 501c3 non-profit organization.
